Liverpool extended their unbeaten run with a hard-earned win over rock-bottom Wolves on Saturday afternoon. Ryan Gravenberch and a first Reds goal for Florian Wirtz were sufficient before the break with Santiago Bueno notching for the visitors shortly after half-time.
The result means Arne Slot’s side have now won three successive league games for the first time since the opening spell of the campaign and have not lost in their last seven matches in all competitions.

Alisson Becker 7
Clutched one down low from Mane and watched Liverpool have a lot of possession until unlucky that save from Arokodare fell for Santiago Bueno to score. Safe hands as Wolves pumped into area late on.
Jeremie Frimpong 7
Bailed out Van Dijk early on and provided pace from deep down the right and got to byline, most notably when creating the opener. Shifted to right wing for final half-hour. Good showing.
Ibrahima Konate 6
Again defending on the front foot and read rare Wolves sorties well first half. Beaten, however, for Arokodare in build-up to Wolves goal.
Virgil van Dijk 6
Got away with one poor pass first half and otherwise saw plenty of ball. Second half more demanding as Wolves pressed.
Milos Kerkez 7
Tried to offer an outlet down the left and worked hard in both directions. Wild with one first-half shot but determination and tackles roused crowd second half.
Ryan Gravenberch 7
Struggled to deal with bouncing ball early on before settling and starting to probe the Wolves defence and good finish for opener.
Curtis Jones 6
Passing radar went askew for spells during first half but better in that regard after break and plenty of hard work in the defensive midfield area.
Federico Chiesa 5
Caught Arokodare with flailing arm and, while involved in first goal, struggled to make any sort of considered impact on the right flank. Subbed.
Alexis Mac Allister 6
Wrongly dummied one Wirtz pass inside the area and looked a little off the pace first half but improved later on and one low drive wide.
Florian Wirtz 8
Created chance for Ekitike and looked threatening when given possession, and excellent run and finish to convert second for his first Liverpool goal. Another fine performance. Subbed.
Hugo Ekitike 7
Unlucky to hit the post with one shot but superb work in keeping the ball and playing in Wirtz for the second, but tired considerably in the second half. Subbed.
Conor Bradley (for Chiesa 62) 7
Plenty of energy down the right and one superb covering tackle to deny Arias.
Cody Gam (for 86 chemicals)
Helped defend the left flank during his cameo.
Trey Nyoni (for Wirtz 90+2)
More minutes for the teenager.
