Arsenal will look to extend their lead at the Premier League summit when they welcome bottom side Wolverhampton Wanderers to the Emirates, live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
The Gunners saw their advantage cut to two points at the weekend as their 18-game unbeaten run was ended by Aston Villa and Manchester City beat Sunderland.

Mikel Arteta’s side should welcome the prospect of a home encounter against struggling Wolves, who are winless and rooted at the bottom of the table on a mere two points.

New manager Rob Edwards has been unable to lift the team as Wolves have lost their last eight in a row in all competitions.

It’s the type of game Arsenal should expect to win comfortably as they seek their first Premier League title in over two decades.

“We’ve been winning and winning and winning, we needed to stay on our feet, prepare in the best possible way for the next game and now it’s exactly the same,” said Arteta.

“If we could play tomorrow, I would be happy in terms of getting the feeling out of the defeat, but it’s time to reflect as well as a team, and to learn from it. A lot happened in the recent weeks as well to us, but the team has still performed and acted in the manner that they have done.”

Arsenal did get back on track in the week as they went to Belgium and hammered Club Brugge 3-0, thanks to a brace from Noni Madueke and a stunner from Gabriel Martinelli.
Not only are they top of the Premier League but they are also top of the Champions League league phase as well.
