Salford City v Leyton Orient LIVE – FA Cup second round kicks off in Greater Manchester as Salford welcome League One O’s.

RECENT FA CUP HISTORY

Leyton Orient have progressed from 18 of their last 23 ties in the FA Cup proper against sides from a lower division than themselves, including the last three in a row since a 0-1 loss to Chesterfield at this stage in 2023-24.

Salford City – who reached the third round of the FA Cup for the first time ever last season – have won their last two FA Cup ties against League One opponents, beating Shrewsbury 2-1 in last season’s first round, and Lincoln on penalties this season.
