Lando Norris was spotted watching Arsenal’s win over Sporting CP in Lisbon alongside his jaw-dropping ex-girlfriend weeks after they split

Lando Norris was spotted watching Arsenal’s Champions League quarter-final victory over Sporting in Lisbon alongside his ex-girlfriend.

The Formula 1 world champion made headlines during the winter break when he split from Portuguese model and actress Magui Corceiro. She had been by his side when he won the Drivers’ Championship in December last year and was heavily involved in the celebrations.

However, the pair split weeks before the start of the 2026 season. The McLaren star was overheard telling former team-mate Carlos Sainz that he was a single man again when he was asked about his relationship with Magui.

But given their respective fame the two were always bound to cross paths again, although many would not have backed it being at a football game. Norris, who is a Manchester United fan, attended the clash at the Jose Alvalade Stadium and was presented with a Sporting CP shirt.

Just one seat along from Norris sat Magui as a picture taking of the executive seating where they were sat showed the world champion watching the game intently while Magui posed for a selfie with a friend just off to Norris’ right.

Fans on social media were left baffled by the situation as one user wrote: “How has this happened then?” A second added: “That has to be awkward.” While another said: “Lando Norris and Magui Corceiro together? The McLaren pact is alive.”

Norris and Magui have known each other for some time since they originally started dating in 2023 before first splitting the following year. However, they rekindled their romance in 2025.

A source close to the couple previously told The Sun about the couple’s split: “There have been tell-tale signs for a while now.

“They drifted apart after his win last season. The biggest hint came in Bahrain as he and his team continued testing ahead of the new season.

“Lando held a party to thank those who have been with him from the start and who he credits with helping him lift the title.

“Anyone who was anyone posed for a group picture. The only one who wasn’t there was girlfriend Magui. It naturally sparked rumours.”

Norris would have been frustrated by the scoreline as the Gunners score in the 91st minute through Kai Havertz to win the first leg of the tie and send Arsenal back to north London with the advantage.

It has also been a slow start to the F1 season for the reigning world champion, with the Brit 5th in the standings as McLaren look to overcome an early deficit to Mercedes and Ferrari.
