Arsenal are preparing to play against Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The Gunners are in a good position in the Premier League. They are nine points above Manchester Citywho are still on for a potential treble. Arsenal will have their main focus on the league too, and so a win against Bournemouth would be really important.
Mikel Arteta won’t take Bournemouth lightly though, as they are currently 13th in the Premier League, and have drawn their last five matches in the Premier League.
But Arsenal come in good form, as they won 1-0 against Sporting CP in the Champions League during the week…
White starts in favour of Timber
GK – David Raya – Raya keeps his spot in the starting XI for the Gunners, and he should be in line to start every remaining game this season.
LB – Riccardo Calafiori – Calafiori is fit and healthy, and so he is in line to start over Piero Hincapie and Lewis-Skelly.
CB – Gabriel – Gabriel is a key player for Arsenal as the run-in gets ever more tense and crucial against Man City.
CB – William Saliba – Saliba will hope to keep out the threats of Rayan and Evanilson at Bournemouth.
RB – Ben White – Timber is dealing with a groin injury, and Mikel Arteta is unlikely to risk him this weekend.
Zubimendi and Rice start in the Arsenal midfield
CM – Martin Zubimendi – The Spanish international will be a key player in controlling possession during the Bournemouth match.
CM – Declan Rice – The England international will hope to be that difference maker as he has so many times this season.
CAM – Martin Odegaard – Even though Kai Havertz scored during the week in the Champions League, Odegaard could be in line to start against Bournemouth.
Noni Madueke starts ahead of Saka
LW – Leandro Trossard – Trossard is fit again, so should be in line to start ahead of Gabriel Martinelli.
RW – Noni Maduke – Saka is dealing with a minor injury, so Madueke could be in line to start this weekend.
ST – Viktor Gyokeres – Gyokeres starts ahead of Havertz too, despite the fact the German scored in midweek.
