Paqueta eyed by Chelsea
Recent reports have suggested the 28-year-old is desperate for a return to his homeland, but relegation-threatened West Ham are reluctant to sell their talisman.
But Chelsea could hijack the deal, according to Moura, and those close to the player believe it would be best for him to remain in Europe.
Paqueta, who almost joined Manchester City in 2023, has 18 months left on his current deal at London Stadium.
Malen close to Roma deal
The striker will join the Serie A side on a £2m loan with a mandatory £25m clause to make the deal permanent.
Malen has struggled for game time so far this term, largely playing back-up to Ollie Watkins, and will hope to establish himself in Gian Piero Gasperini’s starting XI.
The Dutchman has scored 10 goals and provided two assists in 46 games across all competitions since his move from Borussia Dortmund.

Tel to stay at Spurs
Tottenham Hotspur reportedly have no intention of allowing Mathys Tel to leave on loan despite interest from Paris FC.
Florian Plettenberg claims Spurs have knocked back an enquiry from the Ligue 1 side and will not entertain offers for the forward.
“The core of his frustration is not only his lack of playing time, but above all the fact that he is rarely used as a number nine.
“Tottenham are still blocking every enquiry for now, as they want to keep Tel at the club. His contract runs until 2031.”
Ruiz close to new PSG deal
Paris Saint-Germain are close to signing Fabian Ruiz to a new deal which will keep the midfielder at the club until 2029.
The 29-year-old has been a key player for Luis Enrique’s side since joining from Napoli, helping the club to a historic treble last season.
Club officials were sweating over his future at the club, with his contract due to expire in the summer of 2027.
But now it appears the Spaniard will prolong his stay in the French capital.
