Chelsea could use Lewis Hall
It is no secret that Chelsea needs more quality and depth at left-back. Marc Cucurella has been inconsistent, and Chelsea would be open to sanctioning his departure. Signing the Newcastle United defender would be ideal for them. He is one of the best young fullbacks in the Premier League, and he could prove to be an excellent long-term investment.
Hall has proven himself a reliable defender in the Premier League and has impressed with his attacking contributions as well. He is clearly good enough to play for the biggest club in the country, and moving to Chelsea could be the ideal next step in his career.

Can Arsenal sign Hall?
Meanwhile, Arsenal have ample depth in the defensive department, and it remains to be seen whether they can accommodate Hall in the starting lineup. There is no doubt that the 21-year-old has the quality to play for the Gunners. He could add a new dimension to the Arsenal team. Apart from his defensive qualities, he will help them going forward as well. Arsenal are lacking a left back who can influence the game on the overlap. Hall could be the ideal acquisition.
Newcastle will not want to lose the 21-year-old easily. He is a tremendous talent and a key player for them. The report claims that Newcastle will not negotiate for a figure below £70 million. It remains to be seen whether Chelsea or Arsenal is ready to pay up.
Meanwhile, Lewis Hall is on the radar of Barcelona as well.
