Arsenal are currently ahead of Liverpool in the race to sign RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande this summer, according to a report.<\/p>\n
The Ivory Coast starlet is wanted by a number of top clubs across Europe following an excellent debut campaign at Leipzig, in which he has scored 11 goals and provided eight assists in 30 games across all competitions.<\/p>\n
The 19-year-old has been heavily linked with a departure during the upcoming summer transfer window, although Leipzig are keen to agree a new contract with the talented teenager in order to ward off potential suitors.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s understood that a fee of at least \u20ac100 million will be required to secure Diomande\u2019s signature this summer, with a bidding war expected to take place between numerous clubs following the 2026 World Cup.<\/p>\n
Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have all been linked with the former Leganes star in recent months, although Liverpool are widely considered to be the frontrunners for his signature amid their pursuit of a long-term replacement for Mohamed Salah.<\/p>\n
