Arsenal are ready to submit a \u201cformal offer\u201d for Bayer Leverkusen striker Christian Kofane during the 2026 summer transfer window, according to reports in Germany.<\/p>\n
Mikel Arteta\u2019s side are keen to sign a new centre forward this summer, with Gabriel Jesus potentially set to depart, and Kofane has been earmarked as a possible alternative to fellow targets Julian Alvarez and Nicolo Tresoldi.<\/p>\n
The 19-year-old has scored seven goals and provided eight assists in 40 games so far this season, and his form since arriving at Leverkusen has caught the attention of scouts across European football.<\/p>\n

Right now, he is the best U21 striker in Europe and the most complete one. He has speed, technique, defends very well and is strong in the air.
