Tributes have poured in for the reporter as well as Hudson, Cayden and Avery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">In a statement on Sunday, the NHL confirmed the heartbreaking news: \u201cThe entire National Hockey League family sends our prayers and deepest condolences to the Pierce family on the passing of Jessi Pierce and her three young children.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">\u201cJessi loved our game and was a valued member of the NHL.com team for a decade. We will miss her terribly.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The Fire department have confirmed that they responded to an emergency call in White Bear Lake just before 5:30am on Saturday morning.
