Footage showed Eubank Jr, 36, laying motionless on a bed while hooked up to machines and surrounded by medical staff.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">It promoted widespread sympathy from fans, some of whom urged the Briton to retire, having lost to Benn by unanimous decision in their rematch at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in November. Benn, though, told fans to ask themselves why Eubank Jr posted the video and suggested that he was seeking a &#8216;sympathy vote&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;I heard he had IBS throughout the last parts of training camp,&#8221; the 29-year-old said. &#8220;I heard it after the fight as well, or he&#8217;s got a stomach cyst or whatever it is.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;Ultimately, I&#8217;m not really too concerned, to be honest. I know it&#8217;s not a serious health condition. I think people need to look deeper into the reasons as to why it&#8217;s posted. It&#8217;s part of the sport we do. We&#8217;re modern-day gladiators. You&#8217;ll never hear me moan about anything. For one of my fights, I tore my tendon in my last spar of camp. But one thing&#8217;s for certain.
