Manchester United want to make Elliot Anderson their \u201cmarquee summer signing\u201d and they are ready to go all out to sign the Nottingham Forest midfielder ahead of the 2026-27 season.<\/p>\n
The England international has enjoyed an excellent campaign at the City Ground, despite the club\u2019s struggles, and he is set to be rewarded with a blockbuster transfer to one of the Premier League\u2019s biggest teams during the upcoming summer window.<\/p>\n
Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Man Utd are all set to battle for Anderson\u2019s signature when the window opens, although the latter two clubs are currently deemed to be the frontrunners to sign him.<\/p>\n
Rumours have indicated that Pep Guardiola\u2019s side are close to reaching an agreement for the 23-year-old, but Man Utd are determined to win the race to sign him after identifying him as their top candidate to replace Casemiro, who is leaving on a Bosman deal.<\/p>\n
