Victor Munoz<\/h2>\n

Victor Munoz has played for Barcelona and Real Madrid at various youth levels, but is now starting to make a name for himself at Osasuna. <\/p>\n
A left winger by trade, Munoz can also play on the right flank or as an out-and-out striker \u2013 such adaptability can be vital at a World Cup.<\/p>\n
So far, Munoz has scored five goals in 30 La Liga appearances this season \u2013 he also has a goal and three assists to his name in the Copa del Rey.<\/p>\n
Dean Huijsen<\/h2>\n

Some may remember Dean Huijsen from his stellar season at Bournemouth in 2024\/25 \u2013 now, aged just 20, he is already establishing himself as a first team player at Real Madrid. <\/p>\n
There is no other way to put it \u2013 Huijsen is a star. So far this season, he has made 22 La Liga appearances for Los Blancos, scoring two goals and notching up two assists from the heart of defence.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s highly likely that he will be a starter for Spain at the World Cup \u2013 however, he is one of three excellent centre-backs in this list.<\/p>\n
Cristhian Mosquera<\/h2>\n

The only non-La Liga player on our list, Cristhian Mosquera has proven to be a canny pickup for Arsenal this season. He hasn\u2019t been a regular first-team starter, but he has been able to slot into the first team and perform a serviceable role when required. <\/p>\n
A natural centre-back, Mosquera can also function as a right-back. He is a perfect fit for Mikel Arteta\u2019s system \u2013 he\u2019s very physically capable, whilst also possessing top-notch technical ability.<\/p>\n
At the age of 21, he only has two Spain caps to his name at the moment. Will he get his chance to sign at the World Cup? Perhaps \u2013 but he must depose some seriously stiff competition to do so. <\/p>\n
Pau Cubarsi<\/h2>\n

The third and final of Spain\u2019s young centre-halves in this quintet, Pau Cubarsi is a very well-rounded defender for a 19-year-old. <\/p>\n
Don\u2019t let his most recent performance fool you, when he was sent off against Atletico Madrid \u2013 this was an outlier amid a plethora of excellent performances for Barcelona. <\/p>\n
With youthful dogged determination and fantastic technical ability, Cubarsi will be Spain\u2019s marquee defender for years to come. <\/p>\n
Fermin Lopez<\/h2>\n

Fermin Lopez is the oldest player on our list, but don\u2019t let this distract you \u2013 he has enormous potential in the modern game. <\/p>\n
A brilliant dribbler who likes to occupy the half spaces, Lopez\u2019s movement off the ball is fantastic for such a young player. <\/p>\n
He has had a couple of injury issues this season, but has still managed to rack up an astonishing six goals and four assists across ten Champions League games. <\/p>\n
