Arsene Wenger made 125 signings during his 22-year spell as Arsenal manager between 1996 and 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Frenchman led the Gunners to three Premier League titles, including the Invincibles season of 2003\/04, and seven FA Cups.<\/p>\n

The Gunners reached the Champions League final in 2006, losing 2-1 to Barcelona after playing most of the game with 10 players following Jens Lehmann’s sending-off.<\/p>\n

Wenger’s transfer policy was effectively split into two halves, as he was restricted in terms of spending for several years after the club moved to the Emirates Stadium.<\/p>\n

He revealed in 2016 that the banks only agreed to give Arsenal a loan to build the stadium after he agreed to stay as manager for five years.<\/p>\n

Towards the end of his reign, the Gunners missed out on signing a number of high-profile targets, and some fans questioned his apparent lack of decisiveness in the market.<\/p>\n

But Wenger still managed to get some big-money deals over the line in those final seasons that rank amongst Arsenal’s record arrivals.<\/p>\n

Today, we’re challenging you to name all 25 of Wenger’s most expensive signings as Gunners boss in five minutes.<\/p>\n

One of the fees listed – as your only clue – is part of what was effectively straight swap deal. As the exact fee wasn’t made public at the time, we’ve used the fee that the other club paid (which was made public) as part of the deal.<\/p>\n
