\u2018He was a midfielder in the youth team and got to a Youth Cup final in midfield. Even with (Martin) Zubimendi looking like a League One player, (Declan) Rice\u2019s numbers are shocking and (Mikel) Merino injured. Lewis-Skelly isn\u2019t going to get a look in there, he\u2019s third choice left-back.<\/p>\n

Durham added: \u2018He\u2019s (Dowman) also seen another youth team product Ethan Nwaneri used to boost Arteta\u2019s ego \u2013 \u2018look at me, I play young players\u2019 \u2013 and yet in their title season he\u2019s sent to Marseille with no recall clause which is total disrespect.<\/p>\n

Former Keinan Davis has fuelled fresh transfer speculation by suggesting Jo\u00e3o Pedro could one day swap Chelsea for Arsenal, amid the striker\u2019s impressive form in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

The 24-year-old forward has enjoyed a standout debut season at Chelsea FC following his \u00a360 million move from Brighton last summer. Pedro has established himself as the club\u2019s first-choice striker, and is pushing towards the 20-goal mark\u2014a feat no Chelsea forward has achieved since Diego Costa.<\/p>\n

Asked whether he knew Pedro had another gear while playing for Championship side Watford, Davis told talkSPORT<\/a>: \u2018Yeah, for sure. You saw his quality in training.<\/p>\n

\u2018Even playing with him, he\u2019s Brazilian, so he\u2019s just got that flair and belief in himself that he knows he\u2019s a very good player. He\u2019s a good guy as well. He\u2019s not disrespectful or anything like that; he\u2019s just a top person. So yeah, you could definitely see that you can move on to make big steps.<\/p>\n

\u2018To see him at Chelsea now is like\u2026 even if he went to ARSENAL<\/strong><\/em> or something like that, I wouldn\u2019t be surprised. He\u2019s very good.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cSo the whole adaptation side of it, I think, is really good. I like the competitive nature of the tournaments that we go into, and then on top of that, you end up being a lot more together at the end of tours because you\u2019ve spent so much time together.<\/p>\n
