There was also massive interest from outside Europe. About six weeks ago, Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah FC launched an ambitious bid to sign the midfielder. Brendan Rodgers\u2019 team put a staggering offer on the table: a \u20ac60m fee for Barcelona and a four-year deal for Olmo worth \u20ac9.5m net per season. Even with those life-changing numbers, Olmo turned down the move to the Middle East, opting instead to stay and fight for his spot at the Camp Nou.<\/p>\n
