I wake up at 4:30am to prepare his lunch – Debbie (MummyZee) of twitter.
What can we see from roaring support of the woman who cares
for her family and a man who wakes up so early to start the day? You find out
that when they get to the office, they’re a little tired, so that they slough,
hunch, reduce physical activity in an attempt to regain strength, especially
after the days’ job. This continues rinse and repeat for years. The long-range
outcome is shoulder pain, neck pain and back pain.
Ease up friend, we got you covered with tips to assist you deal with back pain and neck pain. They’re:
1. Practice
good posture: by sitting up straight while keeping your shoulders backward to
maintain proper spinal alignment. Avoid sloughing, hunching over your desk computer/Laptop.
2. Take
frequent breaks: in the midst of the very busy day – moving around to get pen,
drink, water can suffice. Rather than send the personal assistant, go yourself
especially during your breaks.
3. Stretch
and move regularly: regular physical exercise especially outside office hours –
say on your way back is usually great. You can begin with little small steps, then
move to brisk walking – then jogging. Pace it.
4. Stay
hydrated: dehydration can cause muscle cramps and tightness – just as is the
case when you eat in the morning without drinking water before nor after
earing. So, drink more water.
In the end, like MummyZee of twitter, we can replicate
healthy living in our space by being intentional about; being more active,
drinking more water, in the midst of practicing good posture.
if you've being intentional about doing all these, lets hear you out of the outcome in the comment session below.
